During some very busy periods, it may take extra time for our agents to return your call, but it is worth the wait: Alanita agents provide the highest standard of excellent service.

Email is the best way to request reservations, because you can include the exact dates, the passengers’ name spellings, and any special requirements. Always include your phone number; after reviewing your request, we will respond to your request by telephone only. If you prefer to contact us by phone please call us at 617-923-4810. When you call us our receptionist will take your name and phone number and will give you a time estimate of when an Alanita Travel^® Agent will be calling you. Normally this is within 1 to 2 hours, but on busy days it can go up to 2 to 4 hours. This is due to our high call volume on those busy days. This is the system we use to avoid placing customers on hold for long periods of time.
